Looking for someone with knowledge of community association management to assist with letter writing, obtaining bids, conversing with homeowners, residents, vendors and Board members. There will also be numerous administrative tasks that will need to be done each week. Currently 25 hours a week (M-F 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.), but hoping to have someone learn the association manager position and eventually manage communities on their own. You must work well on your own, and will need to have thick skin, as not everyone you will be interacting with will be pleasant. Must be very dependable, and willing to take on all tasks requested. Looking for a quick learner, and someone interested in a future in this business.
