Our boutique luxury vacation rental company is on the hunt for a Luxury Property Inspector Extraordinaire who thrives on perfection, loves troubleshooting, and has a knack for making sure that a property looks amazing when guests walk through the door!

What You'll Be Doing (Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It):

Conduct meticulous inspections of our luxury properties to ensure they meet (or exceed!) 5-star standards. If a pillow is fluffed at the wrong angle, you’ll know.

Identify maintenance or repair needs with the precision of a laser-guided missile. From squeaky doors to sneaky dust bunnies, nothing escapes your gaze.

Empathize with our discerning guests who might be taking their one and only vacation this year. You’ll understand their needs and ensure their stay is flawless.

Troubleshoot common household issues—or channel your inner MacGyver to research and solve them independently. (YouTube tutorials are fair game.)

Communicate with guests via text and phone with charm, professionalism, and just the right amount of wit. Often times this could be evenings or weekends.

What We're Looking For:

Attention to Detail: You notice everything. Seriously. If there’s a smudge on the window or a light bulb that’s 5 watts too dim, you’re on it.

Problem-Solving Skills: You’re not just good at spotting issues—you love fixing them (or finding someone who can).

Empathy: You genuinely care about creating magical experiences for our guests. You can look at a property from a traveler’s perspective. A happy guest makes you happy.

Tech-Savvy Troubleshooter: Whether it’s resetting a Wi-Fi router or deciphering the mysteries of a smart thermostat, you’re up for the challenge. You also feel just as comfortable using an app as you do your tv remote.

Communication Pro: You’re comfortable texting and chatting on the phone with guests and team members alike. Bonus points if you can make people smile while doing it.

The Nitty-Gritty Details:

Starting at 20 hours per week, with room to grow as we expand.

Flexible schedule—because life happens.

Must have reliable transportation (preferably within a 15 minute drive of 92103).

Must be a reliable human – if you say you’re going to do something, you do it (and usually pretty quickly too!)

A sense of humor is encouraged. (We take our work seriously, but not ourselves.)

Compensation:

Compensation for the position will start at an hourly rate $22-$25 plus the potential for a performance bonus on great reviews received a result of your efforts.
