Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
Utilize strong communication skills to convey property information and market trends effectively.
Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
Maintain organized records and documentation related to transactions and client interactions.
Stay informed about real estate laws and market conditions to advise clients accurately.
