Job Summary:
The Leasing Agent at HomeSimple is the first point of contact for prospective tenants and
serves as an ambassador of our brand. This role combines sales and customer service skills to
match tenants with vacant properties while maintaining positive relations with owners and
tenants throughout the leasing process. As a high-performer in this role, you'll enjoy an
attractive commission structure tied directly to your sales and placement success, with
significant annual income potential.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
● Owner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, understanding
their unique needs and providing regular updates on leasing activities.
● Sales Follow Up: This role will allow you to hone your sales and follow up skills, and learn
what it takes to get property owners to hire you for real estate services.
● Showings: Coordinate and conduct property showings, ensuring each prospective
tenant experiences a seamless, informative, and welcoming tour.
● Tenant Relations: Serve as a main point of contact for current tenants, addressing
inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
● Photos: Capture high-quality photos of properties, making sure each listing stands out
and attracts prospective tenants.
● Move-In/Move-Out: Manage all aspects of the move-in and move-out processes,
including conducting property walkthroughs and inspections, coordinating with contractors,
determining security deposit deductions, addressing any concerns, and ensuring owner + tenant satisfaction.
● Drafting Lease Paperwork: This includes drafting and producing lease contracts and other one-off documents for our owners, our new tenants, and lease renewals for our existing tenants.
Compensation:
Projected Annual Earnings: $60,000 – $100,000+. Please apply to learn more about the

Qualifications:
● Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred but NOT required. If you have the right attitude, work ethic, and are coachable, we will train you on how to be successful in the role.
● Current California Real Estate License or willingness to quickly obtain
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
● Self-motivated, with a high drive for results and goal attainment
● Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
● Durable Car - lots of travel required
● Basic photography skills are a plus
