Real Estate Agent (With or Without Experience)
Location: County of San Diego
Type: Hourly + Commission-Based
We are currently looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
Attend appointments provided by the company to meet with potential clients.
Close deals by effectively negotiating and finalizing real estate transactions.
Manage listings, including coordinating with photographers and overseeing the marketing process (We pay for photography).
Attend the open house.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and ensure their needs are met.
Collaborate with our team to achieve collective goals and maintain a high standard of service.
Requirements:
Active real estate license in the state of California
Proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:
Competitive commission-based compensation. We will pay you for the initial appointment AND percentage of the commission earned on each closed deal.
Professional photography for listings covered by the company.
