Job Description:
TRI West Real Estate is looking for a dedicated Rental Assistant that lives within a 15 mile radius of our office located at 1817 Peacock Blvd in Oceanside, CA.
The primary role of this position is to assist the rental department by coordinating rental transactions.
This position involves invoicing travelers for rental transactions while interacting with Residence Club owners and resorts in a Real Estate environment. You would work closely with the rental manager and accounting department.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Interacting via phone, email, and fax with owners, travelers, and resorts
-Proofing rental invoices by checking for math, grammar, and spelling errors
-Receiving and recording traveler check payments
-Processing and managing credit card and wire payments
-Sending invoice and payment reminders
-Processing final confirmations for travelers
-Preparing and sending agreements to owners
-Verifying reservations with resorts
-Maintaining an accurate filing system
-Creating associated reports
-Interacting and assisting the accounting department
-Providing clerical and administrative support to rental manager

-Real Estate license preferred, but not mandatory
