We have a contractor partner who is one of the best GC's in San Diego and will handle the construction and renovation of each project so you only have to focus on deal flow.
JOB DESCRIPTION-FULL TIME:
We are seeking an analyst who will be a key and lead member of company's acquisitions team. Your primary role will be sourcing, underwriting and evaluating potential properties that company can acquire on a daily basis. 70% of your time would be in the office writing offers and following up on deals. The other 30% would be in the field looking at potential acquisitions. The ideal candidate for this role will have had real estate and sales experience or worked for another company in the same industry.
