Responsibilities include:
Hosting open houses on weekdays/weekends
Creating flyers, brochures, and paper advertising
Social media content for Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Edit property videos and videos related to Real Estate for YouTube, and Reels.
Creating monthly EDDM mailouts (Flyers)
Creating monthly database mailouts
Create CMA’s for listing presentations
Writing property descriptions
Event planning, coordination, and hosting
Scheduling photo/video shoots at properties
Content ideas for weekly videos
Gifting clients
Curating “pop-bye” gifts for monthly visits
Email marketing
