Job Summary:

We are a dynamic supplier of jet ski parts and accessories located in the vibrant Miramar/Golden Triangle area of San Diego. We are dedicated to providing excellent service and quality products to our customers. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our warehouse team.

We are seeking a versatile Warehouse Associate / Parts Counter team member to support our busy warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling various warehouse tasks, including parts handling, assembly, packaging, and customer interaction over the phone, while utilizing computer systems effectively. This is a physically active role in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Receive, count, stock, and organize jet ski parts inventory.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.

Perform light parts assembly tasks as required.

Assist customers over the phone with inquiries, parts identification, and order status (Potential for in-person parts counter interaction).

Utilize computer systems daily, including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Excel, as well as our business/inventory management software for order processing and inventory look-up.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work environment, including performing routine cleaning tasks.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

Skill Requirements:

Previous experience in a parts counter or warehouse role is required.

Proven experience using Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Excel is required.

Experience with business systems (e.g., ERP, inventory management, Point of Sale) is a significant plus. Please specify systems used in your application/interview.

Experience with parts assembly and/or packaging is desirable.

Excellent verbal communication skills; must be comfortable and professional when talking to customers on the phone.

Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Must have reliable transportation to our location in the Miramar/Golden Triangle area.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to various warehouse tasks.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Ability to occasionally lift and move items weighing up to 75 lbs.

Ability to be on your feet and walk throughout the warehouse for the entire shift.

Requires bending, stooping, reaching, and handling parts.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position. Specific work hours will be discussed during the interview process (typically standard weekday business hours 9am to 5pm).

Benefits:
