Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Internet Café/Esports Center Attendant. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, assisting customers, and creating a welcoming environment for everyone.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with computer or gaming setup.
Monitor and maintain the functionality of gaming PCs, consoles, and internet services.
Manage reservations for PC use and esports events.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Provide technical support for minor troubleshooting (e.g., software issues, account login assistance).
Maintain cleanliness and order in the café, including stations and gaming areas.
Enforce rules to ensure a safe, fun, and respectful environment.
Assist in planning and hosting esports tournaments or community events.
Qualifications:
Passion for gaming and esports.
Basic knowledge of PC hardware and software.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays (preferred).
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Experience with popular gaming platforms (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, Battle.net).
Social media or marketing skills to help promote events.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a gaming-related job.
