We're looking to hire a new manager for our Leucadia Chevron and Ways Market. We are looking for staff cashiers and a new manager.
Your role will consist of ordering, paperwork, cashiering, cleaning, and more. This Market was newly built in 2021 and needs someone who has previous experience in retail or hospitality. No manager experience is necessary as you will be fully trained on what to do.
You will work directly with the general manager. You are required to have a valid drivers license. We are looking to hire to begin right away. You will start by training on the register and how to keep the store operational. The daily paperwork you will be taught how to complete. Other roles include ordering supplies, going to the bank and more.
You must be fluent in English, able to do math, and work well with others. We are looking for someone who is hoping to have a fulfilling career at Ways Market.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have the ability to accurately handle money
Must have a strong attention to detail
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be capable of effectively communicating with customers and co-workers
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
Must be able to do simple math such as counting, recording, addition, subtraction, and multiplication
Minimum education level of high school graduate or GED equivalency
Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift
Regularly lift and or move up to 20-50 pounds
