We are looking for an Experienced Store Manager for a Flower Shop in El Cajon.
Responsibilities include:
1. Should be able to manage the store and employees.
2. Should be able to manage the customer and run the front end sales.
3. Should be able to manage the delivery drivers.
4. Should be physically fit to stand or walk for 6-8 hours a day and lift the heavy flower arrangements or tables.
5. Should be open to work during Valentine's Day and Mother's Day for 10 days at one go without a break in between.
6. Should be computer proficient.
7. Should get along with seniors at work.
