Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving inventory, processing orders through Shopify, outputting shipping labels via ShipStation, picking and packing orders, and ensuring a smooth, on-time shipping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing:
Manage and fulfill daily orders using Shopify and ShipStation
Print and organize shipping labels accurately
Update order statuses and ensure timely communication with the team

Picking & Packing:
Accurately pick and prep items from inventory for each order
Pack orders securely and efficiently while maintaining brand presentation standards
Prepare bulk shipments for special launches, restocks, and campaigns

Inventory Management:
Assist with receiving and organizing incoming stock
Conduct routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for efficiency

Quality Control:
Inspect products before packing to ensure they meet Neo4ic quality standards
Report defective or damaged items

Process Improvement:
Suggest and implement ways to improve efficiency and reduce errors

Requirements
Previous experience using Shopify and ShipStation (or similar e-commerce & shipping platforms)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer literacy (Google Sheets, email communication, etc.)
Physically able to lift boxes (up to 40 lbs) and stand for extended periods
Team-oriented with a positive, problem-solving attitude

Experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or e-commerce environment
Familiarity with inventory systems or cycle counts
Interest in streetwear, techwear, or fashion
