We are seeking highly skilled and responsible armed security officers to join our team in San Diego. Successful candidates will be required to wear their tactical gear, including a bulletproof vest, at all times while on duty.
Qualifications:
-A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including extensive training in de-escalation techniques.
-Proficiency in all areas of security operations and procedures.
-Commitment to maintaining professionalism and ensuring safety in all situations.
Responsibilities
-Monitor and operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to detect suspicious activities.
-Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
-Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
-Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the premises.
-Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid and CPR when necessary.
-Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies.
-Document incidents and prepare reports for management review.
-Engage in conflict management strategies to de-escalate potential threats or disturbances.

PAY RATE IS $24.50 - $25 / HOUR
-Must have armed permit and proper credentials.
-Must have a guard card.
