Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and secure designated areas, ensuring the safety of clients, staff, and visitors.
Provide a visible presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
Conduct regular patrols, surveillance, and security checks.
Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, including escalating to law enforcement if necessary.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and visitors.
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records as needed.
Exhibit a high level of professionalism, maintaining a well-groomed appearance and calm demeanor in all interactions.
Position Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Flexible availability, with a willingness to work graveyard shifts when required
Excellent communication skills and professionalism in all client interactions
Reliable transportation to assigned sites in Carlsbad and Los Angeles areas
