What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a fun, friendly, skilled and highly motivated Security Host with the following qualifications:
Highly skilled in de-escalation and is calm and level headed under pressure.
Must possess a valid Guard Card, or able to get one within 30 days.
Minimum one year experience in a position with direct guest contact required.
Must possess excellent customer and employee relations skills.
Strong work ethic.
Positive and determined attitude.
Passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Desire to work in a fun, diverse environment that promotes belonging and inclusion.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safety and wellbeing of guests and fellow employees.
Enforces all company policies and procedures.
Complies with policies regarding attendance guidelines, all regulatory guidelines, departmental policies and procedures, and company policies
Controls responding forces and handles emergencies using the proper method, while simultaneously using the correct safety procedures.
Checks identification of guests to ensure that only those 21 years of age and older are in the bar.
Communicates efficiently with management, service staff, and piano players.
Monitors and observes the floor for disturbances.
Promotes a positive work environment while keeping guests, and staff safe.
Visible presence on the floor during operating hours.
Avg Hours 18-35 a week
Work Week: Tuesday-Sunday (Weekend Availability Required)
Evening Shifts range from 5:00pm -3:00am
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
