Seeking a Hotel Security Guard to protect the hotel premises against any potential theft, violators, vandalisms and trespassers. Candidate will also protect the Guests, of the hotel and property inside the hotel, including Guests' valuables and personal property. Hotel Guard will patrol property on foot, both inside and outside the facility looking for suspicious or potentially disruptive behavior. Security Guards may conduct patrols on a continuous bases during their shift, monitor all exposed and hidden areas for trespassers. Guard will need to assist with de-escalating some situations that may diem warranted if issues arise that causes disruption to the hotel, or Staff Members.
Primary responsibilities of the Hotel Guard is to protect and assist warranted persons within the scope of the property.
Daily log reports are imperative for documentation as back up for Guards in the event that any problematic or unusual issue transpire.
Constant monitor of hotel structures are key elements to fulfil this vital role.
Guard must obtain a key sense of observation while on shift to ensure safety is the priority.
Requirements:
Must be a least 18 years of age or older.
Must obtain a Security Guard Card upon hire.
Must be able to walk and patrol for extend periods of time.
High School diploma or GED equivalent required upon hire.
Must be able to clear an E-verify background check upon hire.
Must be in good physical health condition.
Written and verbal communication a must!
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in Security
Communication is a must with Hotel Staff Members or Hotel Guests.
Have experience in problem solving and resolution in the event that persons become problematic.
Experience with assisting Guests with directions.
Have a great calm but direct demeanor to handle aggressive situations.
