RedHawk Security Services is seeking a professional unarmed security officer for an HOA community in Chula Vista, CA. The role involves nighttime patrols, parking enforcement, and ensuring community safety.
Shift Schedule:
Monday–Sunday: 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM
(Full-time hours available)
Duties:
Patrol property to deter unauthorized activity
Monitor and report parking violations
Communicate with HOA via WhatsApp group for updates and incident reports
Maintain detailed daily activity logs
Requirements:
Valid BSIS Guard Card (required)
Reliable transportation
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work overnight shifts
Pay: $17.25–$20 per hour depending on experience
