We are looking for a positive, self-motivated, energetic (bilingual) sales person to join our team. As the “faces” of our company, our sales counter staff at Competitive Metals is known for their great attitudes, ability to multitask, willingness to do whatever it takes for our customers, and their friendly humor.
This position is Full Time: Monday - Friday 7:45am - 5pm with occasional overtime on Saturdays.
To be a good fit for this position, applying candidates should have an interest in the following responsibilities:
-Interacting with customers via phone, email, and face to face
-Answering the phones and taking orders
-Writing up customer orders in our software system
-Working with the warehouse crew to make sure each order gets taken care of on schedule
-Following up on their orders, quotes, and promises
-Building professional relationships with our customers
-Being an advocate for our company and our customers
-Keeping the sales center stocked and clean
Applying candidates should possess the following characteristics; these are necessary to succeed in this position:
-Must be bilingual in English & Spanish
