Our marketers come to our office in the mornings at 930am, have a brief meeting and role-plays in our conference room, then go in our company car with the manager to the neighboring residential areas where we do construction work.
Walking door-to-door, they approach neighboring houses assessing their needs as far as exterior repairs & painting, windows or roof, they knock on doors, talk to homeowners mentioning the address where we work, and set appointments for free consultations and free estimates with us for the homeowners.
This position pays Hourly Base + Bonuses (on good appointments) + Commissions (on their appointments turning into sales) – making it a great opportunity for those looking to make a steady and substantial income.
Full Time Position Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 930am to 6:30pm
Saturday: 930am to 3pm
Fridays and Sundays: OFF
