WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a highly motivated, commission-driven sales representative with the following qualifications:
Proven Sales Experience: You have experience selling high-ticket items valued at $3,000+ and know how to navigate complex sales cycles.
Business Acumen: You have a solid understanding of business processes, project management, and how to identify the pain points that our service can solve.
Strong Networking Skills: You have established relationships within business communities, networking groups, or small business owner circles.
Self-Motivation & Driven: This is a commission-only role, so you must be comfortable working independently and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Creative Sales Approach: We welcome creative sales strategies, whether through networking, referrals, or leveraging online communities. Our service is available in all 50 states.

Step-by-Step Sales Processes: You’ll be guided through proven sales processes that are easy to understand and apply. Whether you're new to the role or experienced in sales, you’ll walk away with clear, actionable steps that will help you close more deals.
Company Insights: You’ll get an in-depth look into the services we offer, and a deeper understanding of the "flavor" of our company—our values, culture, and the way we approach client relationships.
What to Expect: By the end of our training, you’ll have a comprehensive understanding of how we operate, the best strategies for prospecting, how to effectively present our service, and how to navigate the entire sales cycle.

Training sessions will be held in person at a location in central San Diego and available to attend virtually as well.
