Looking for a Positive individual who has a great appreciation for art and the preservation of art, strong sales design skills (a plus) for our busy frame and restoration shop. Some picture framing experience a must. This is a part/full time position.
Qualifications should include:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong color design skills
- Appreciation of fine art, storage and preservation
-Knowledge of and comfortable with framing equipment, power saws, under pinner, cutting glass, mats (by hand and computerized mat cutter, wizard mat cutter a plus)
- Able to self regulate time management
-Saturdays a must
- Willing to learn
- Knowledge or background in fine art is a plus but not necessary
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Accurate measuring with excellent attention to details
- Able to work weekends
-Knowledge of Lifesaver framing software a big plus
