Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers on phone to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Daily calling to customers to get their orders
- Utilize product knowledge to promote products and services
- Be able to take phone orders
- Outbound calling and telemarketing to generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
-Able to work in a quiet office environment
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers
- Create Sales orders and Print Invoices
- Office opening and Closing
Experience:
- Experience in Customer Service and Phone Sales
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to negotiate pricing effectively
-Ability to close sales (A must)
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
- Strong outbound calling skills
