Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for home design? Join our growing team as a Sales & Design Consultant specializing in flooring, kitchens, and bathroom remodeling.
We are seeking a detail-oriented designer/salesperson who can confidently guide clients through the remodeling process — from reading diagrams and renderings to recommending the right flooring and cabinetry solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Work directly with homeowners to assess project needs and propose design solutions
Use 2020 Design software to create layouts and renderings
Read and interpret diagrams, floor plans, and construction drawings
Sell both flooring materials and installation services
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current products and trends in flooring and cabinetry
Ensure accuracy in measurements, materials, and order specifications
What We’re Looking For:
Experience using 2020 Design software (required)
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Strong knowledge of flooring and/or cabinetry products
Sales experience in residential remodeling (kitchen, bath, flooring preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Detail-oriented with a passion for design
Experience selling flooring, cabinets, countertops and knowledge of general construction preferred

Compensation
Training Period: Must complete training before permanent hire (Will be compensated)
