We are seeking a friendly, goal-oriented individual to join our team and help us expand our reach in the North San Diego County area.
The Window Shoppe is a family-owned, local manufacturer and installer of high-quality, energy-efficient vinyl windows and doors. We use the same raw materials as the national brands, but by manufacturing and installing the windows and doors ourselves, we maintain a tight control over our cost, craftsmanship, and service. We sell direct from our manufacturing facility to the homeowner, saving our customers money, while also providing a superior product and professional installation. Our customers agree, helping us maintain our 5-star rating on Yelp and Google.
Job Summary:
As a direct sales and marketing representative, you will be responsible for helping expand our reach through direct, door-to-door interactions within residential neighborhoods. You will be the face of our company, creating a positive first impression with potential customers and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through door-to-door marketing in North San Diego County.
- Effectively communicate the value of our products to potential customers.
- Conduct measures as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly marketing targets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome challenges.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing (especially door-to-door) is a plus.
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage plus bonus.
- Flexible schedule options, 20 to 30 hours per week.
