General Contractor is hiring Appointment Setters / Canvassers for Home Improvement Projects.
$20/hr starting salary + Bonuses on sales!
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for connecting with people?
We are looking for experienced Canvassers to join our home improvement team in San Diego and North County!
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in San Diego
- Engage potential customers and introduce them to our home improvement services
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments
- Meet or exceed weekly targets for appointments and leads
- Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in appointment setting, canvassing, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work 36 hours a week, including some evenings and weekends
Compensation:
- $20 per hour starting compensation
- Bonuses for completed presentations and sales on appointments
- Performance-based bonuses
- Benefits after a probation period
