About Hoop San Diego:
Hoop San Diego is a one-of-a-kind mobile basketball trailer that brings the fun of arcade basketball to events, parties, and gatherings. We’re on a mission to expand our brand to new cities by licensing the concept to operators across the country. And we need your help to make that happen!
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to work with us on a commission-based structure to help create licensing opportunities in other cities. You’ll be responsible for finding and qualifying leads, sending them licensing documents, and closing deals with operators who want to bring a Hoop Trailer to their local market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source qualified leads for potential licensing deals
Reach out to leads via email, phone, or other platforms to pitch the licensing opportunity
Send PDF documents outlining the licensing process and deal terms
Follow up with leads and close deals by signing contracts with operators
Work remotely, managing your own schedule and pace
Meet or exceed sales goals by signing licensing agreements
Compensation:
Commission-based only: You will earn $2,500 for each licensing deal signed.
A "deal" is defined as a signed, written contract with an operator in a different city who will operate a Hoop Trailer. A Hoop Trailer costs $50,000 for the ready-to-rent trailer and $250/mo for the licensing, website, marketing material and support.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Must be able to find and engage leads through any means necessary (online, networking, referrals, etc.)
Familiarity with licensing, franchising, or similar business models is a plus
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work in a remote environment
