Job Overview:
Airo is in need of a full-time Inside Sales & Customer Service personnel, responsible for handling North American sales accounts, which includes retailers, distributors and Direct-To-Consumer interactions. The position requires a self-motivated individual with priorities on organization, adherence to processes & procedures, and efficient communication.
Job Responsibilities:
Meet monthly sales goals, quotas and other goals, as assigned
Prospect & secure new business accounts
Account relationship building
Process retailer account orders utilizing QuickBooks software
Process consumer orders using e-commerce software
Process customer service and warranty issues
Assist at trade shows and race expos, when required
Generate and maintain accurate, detailed reports

Job Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (sports industry is a plus)
Avid triathlon or cycling industry experience, or passion is a benefit
Efficient & accurate computer skills with efficiency in Microsoft Office software
Quickbooks experience a plus
