Responsibilities:
Follow the company process for online sales to increase lead conversion
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of online initiatives and make data-driven decisions of your 6 person team.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the online customer experience and drive online-to-offline conversions
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our online presence remains competitive
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the automotive industry
Proven track record of success in driving online sales and lead generation
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
