Title: Reservations Specialist
Department: Reservations/Sales (inbound)
Stay Classy Black Car Service is seeking to hire to add two inbound salespeople to their San Diego team. Ideally, the successful candidates will be in place in January 2025. Our hiring process is thorough, but moves quickly for the right candidate.
About You:
You are a natural salesperson and you love to provide a high level of customer service. You take pride in your work and enjoy going to work. You are both internally motivated and financially motivated. You are willing to be all-in and go above and beyond to advance in your career. You are ambitious and relentless in your pursuit for growth and success. You have a natural ability to connect with people on the phone and the confidence to provide quotes and book the reservation. You learn and adapt quickly. You work well under pressure and are able to multitask without sacrificing quality. You understand and accept training and coaching as a source of constant growth.
Knowledge of the chauffeured ground transportation industry is a plus but is not required if you have a history of sales success in a consistent high activity sales environment. Sales and customer service experience in travel and hospitality also translates well.
You must be hungry and eager to learn and earn. Our top reservationists in this position regularly earn $60,000 - $70,000 in yearly earnings. Reservationists who fail to earn at a high level are not kept at Stay Classy, as our reputation and consistent flow of inbound calls and leads creates ample opportunity for selling.
Who is not a good fit:
You don’t take pride in your work. You are looking for just a job to clock in and out of. You are not self-motivated. You are not willing to put in the extra work. You are not looking for something long term or trying to advance in your career.
