Makai Home Solutions is looking to hire Sales Reps, Team Leads and Managers for our brand new sales office in the Central and Northern areas of San Diego County! We also have an east county team so don't hesitate to apply for that if you prefer. Highest commissions in the industry by far! Many ways to make money besides regular commissions. Bonuses, incentives and overrides. Incentives given out so far in last 12 months: Trip to Thailand, trip to Vegas, disneyland 3 day passes, iPads, mac book pro's, nintendo switch, Surfboards, Segways, Massage gift cards, gym memberships and personal training, deep sea fishing trips etc
Responsibilities:
Be a team player
Be coachable and able to plug into our training system
Motivate and lead other reps
Generate personal leads by knocking d2d
Represent the company and our objectives to homeowners
Attend company events
Qualifications for Sales Rep:
Must be able to speak-up
Fast leaner and coachable
No actual sales experience required but preferred
Must have a vehicle and smart phone
Qualifications for Management:
All of above plus;
1-2 years of sales team management or supervisor with high personal production and closing ratios
Leadership and Managerial skills a must
Great communicator
Outspoken and always willing to provide a helping hand
