An independent commercial insurance agency is currently looking for an exceptional sales assistant for our sales team.
Job Description:

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Issue a Certificate of Insurance including the most pertinent aspects, such as:
- Policyholder's Name
- Policy Effective Date
- Type of Coverage
- Policy Limits
Review applications and other policy-related documents for accuracy
Obtaining proper information and documentation from new and existing clients
Follow up with clients for any outstanding information in a timely manner
Answer phones and handle customer service inquiries from clients and our vendors
Review, prepare and/or send reports and forms as needed
Other clients duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Working in a high pace environment
Capable of multi-tasking multiple projects simultaneously
Helpful, positive attitude with both internal and external customers in a professional manner
Team player with a strong work ethics
Knowledge of Excel and Word is a plus
Bilingual - Spanish/English - a plus, but not required
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday - IN-PERSON
Eligibility:
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
