Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide Early Management Intervention (including assisting with appointments and customer calls).
Ensure timely and accurate CRM input for deal tracking and commission protection.
Oversee deal desks, approving deals and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
Collect all necessary disclosures and banking stipulations when applicable.
Send deals to the typing assistant or handle typing and documentation as needed.
Coordinate and oversee deal funding, ensuring correct commission input for sales representatives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining high standards in sales and customer service.
Your Role in Improving Sales & Operations:
Train, motivate, and develop the sales team for continuous improvement.
Foster positive customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
Handle all duties in line with used car management and sales requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and Finance Management at an automotive dealership.
Proven sales success and a strong track record in finance management.
Skilled in CRM software, with strong computer and internet proficiency.
A natural leader and motivator with excellent communication skills.
High-energy, customer-service oriented, and a hands-on approach to car deals.
Compensation:
Annual salary range: $73,000 to $226,000, depending on experience and performance.
