We are ready to add a bright and energetic individual to our team.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Handling customer-related inquiries by phone, email, or in person
Cover showroom
Assist with organizing the showroom
Design background a plus
Flooring experience a plus
Administrative and clerical tasks
The necessary qualifications are:
- Quick learner
- Highly organized
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills
-Good driving record
-Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Experience in working with customers in the design industry a plus
- Professional outlook and appearance
- Proficient customer service
- Great phone manner
- Works well under pressure
Software knowledge required:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Floor Manager Software (will train)
The following qualifications are a plus:
- Background in design/flooring sales
The position is located at our showroom in Encinitas The salary range for this position is based on experience and/or qualifications.
