Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in the sign industry to oversee projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of industry experience, strong leadership skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities -
Manage sign projects from start to finish, including design coordination, permitting, fabrication, and installation.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, installers, and internal teams.
Review drawings, specifications, and job requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
Oversee site surveys, permit applications, and code compliance.
Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
Manage subcontractors and field crews, ensuring safe and timely installations.
Provide regular updates and reports to management and clients.
Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track.
Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications-
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the sign industry (required).
Strong knowledge of signage materials, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
Understanding of city codes, permitting processes, and ADA compliance.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and (preferred) sign-specific software (e.g., Adobe: Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
