PAY: $18-22 an hour plus + bonuses depending on qualifications & training period
Job requires someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive, extremely reliable and an intuitive mindless for business. Needing someone with strong work ethic. Very quick learner & worker. Someone willing to jump to whatever seems needing to get done while handling they’re everyday tasks. Multitasker a must. Someone who can predict what we need before asked. Be up to date on trends of fashion, tiktok trends etc.

Knowledge and/or experience in the beauty industry preferred
Knowledge and/or experience with Multi level Marketing preferred- Younique
-Experience in sales

-Experience in inshot, imovie, photo editing apps etc.
-Update on trends of fashion & tiktok trends
Responsibilities include but not limited to: :
Engagement on social platforms
-Learning product knowledge on makeup & skin care for brand
- Assisting in customer service
-Customer follow up
-Assist in makeup and skin care sales
-Write clear marketing content to promote our products/services
-Use of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok platforms to promote content.
-Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
-Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
-Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
-Create, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that encourages sales and attract new customers. I.E: scheduling posts on social platforms
-Create calendars with content strategies and schedules
Research & brain storms on expanding social platforms
-Shoot, Edit, Posting of video and photo content via iMovie & video shop
-Find & negotiate with brands for brand deals that are in our niche
Personal Assistant Duties:
-steaming and styling outfits
-Pulling looks for reels
-Helping kids w/ snacks
-Help with home duties
-Home Organizing & restocking
Errands
- Post-office runs
