We're expanding our San Diego Team We want passionate Sales Managers/Sales Reps who will have a meaningful impact on sales, striving to acquire new customers and creating a Win-Win experience.
Selected candidates Responsibilities and Skills;
- Ability to run existing Team
- Solar and Canvassing Experience preferred (but not necessary)
-A positive and winning attitude with strong work ethic, self-motivated
-Provide ongoing training and development to sales representatives to ensure top sales results.
-Work with reps daily in the field and on appointments to help improve their sales pitches and close sales.
-Conduct weekly team meetings
-Develop the team for growth and promotion.
-Constantly recruit and hire best-in-class sales talent to work for the local branch.
-Track, measure and communicate all progress to Director of Sales and ensure that all goals are exceeded.
-Must have Minimum of 2-3 years sales management experience required
-Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
-Experience in a renewable energy company Preferred
-Bachelor's Degree-Strongly preferred but not required
-Bilingual a Plus
