Hard to Find International, Inc. (HTFI) is an independent distributor of printed circuit board electronic components, connectors, terminals, computer peripherals, capital equipment and MRO products to Original Equipment Manufacturers and Contract Manufacturers globally. We target corporations with $500M - $1B+ annual revenue in the military, defense contractors, aerospace, automotive, avionics, medical, consumer electronics, telecommunications, computer peripherals, wire cable harnesses, test equipment industries.

We are headquartered in Oceanside, CA and are seeking Inside Sales Representatives proficient in both written and oral Spanish. The Inside Sales Representative will go through a thorough sales and industry training program and will receive continuous support from senior sales representatives throughout their employment. This position is focused on generating new accounts as well as maintaining residual business with accounts you establish to generate sales. Our reps make 40% commissions from dollar $1 which is unheard of in our industry. Once reps are up and running they can work remotely and be independent.

Sales Representatives will cold call from a database of over 13,000 contacts in purchasing departments of original equipment manufacturers and contract manufacturers worldwide.

Requirements:

- Experience selling in a professional Latin American environment and FLUENT ORAL & WRITTEN SPANISH. SPANISH SPEAKING IS MANDATORY FOR THIS POSTION.

- 3-6 MONTHS OF BEING AVAILABLE FOR HANDS-ON TRAINING IN OCEANSIDE, CA. You can work remotely once you're up and running.

- The ability to talk to anyone and be personable. This position is all about making friends and maintaining long term relations with your clients for years and years. Some of our clients have been 20+ year relationships. This is a job for extroverts.

- 1-2+ years of prior business-to-business sales experience, preferably in a high call volume environment.

- Excellent oral, written communication and customer relations skills.

- Must be self-motivated! We’re looking for goal and money motivated people.

- Demonstrate sales aptitude; be assertive, persistent, a good listener, demonstrate excellent closing skills.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Outlook, Word and basic Excel.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect new potential clients via cold calling from a database of worldwide purchasing contacts.

- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls/emails in order to create, preserve and enhance current customer relationships and increase sales. Representatives will be expected to maintain an average of 80-100 calls a day until your account base is generating 100k+ a year or more in commissions for you.

- Develop relationships with buyers, purchasing agents & managers at the OEMs/CMs you’re calling.

- Initiate sales calls to existing client base to solicit new opportunities.

- Qualifying potential of new customers and qualifying opportunities generated from clients.

- Networking throughout facilities to locate as many potential buyers as possible.

- Networking to other facilities/locations your client has to increase sales.

- Provide superior customer service to maintain and enhance client loyalty and retention.

- Must be able to reach and exceed monthly call/sales quotas.

- Ability to handle rejection and disappointment, while maintaining a positive attitude and work ethic.

Preferred:

Bachelors Degree is preferred, but not mandatory.

Experience with CRM databases (Customer Relationship Management) is preferred but not mandatory; we currently use Microsoft Dynamics 365.
