Opportunity for a .NET Developer at an industry leading company. The Software Engineer will be responsible for new development on next generation enterprise web and mobile applications, as well as maintenance and enhancements of existing applications and legacy code. Technologies include, but are not limited to: .NET 3.5/4.0/4.5, ASP.NET, MVC, jQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap, VB.NET, C#, SQL Server 2005/2008, WebAPI, Microservices, Azure/cloud, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and Classic ASP. ÂA highly skilled Developer is desired to make an immediate and lasting impact on the core systems of this nationwide organization. Skills and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience developing ASP.NET Web Forms leveraging VB.NET and/or C#.
- 5+ years of experience developing with SQL Server including writing SQL stored procedures.
- Intermediate to advanced-level skills with jQuery and JavaScript.
- 2+ years of experience with Angular 2 and above.
- 2+ years of experience with Bootstrap 3 and above.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leveraging the WebAPI framework is highly preferred.
- Experience developing Microservices is preferred.
- MVC experience and knowledge is preferred.
- Azure and/or other cloud development experience is preferred.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
- Experience with SSRS (Reporting Services) is preferred.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
