Qualifications:
- Valid California Barber/Cosmetologist license.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in men's haircuts.
- Familiarity with fades and straight razor shaving (a plus, but not mandatory).
- A professional, customer-focused approach.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Collaborative spirit with a strong work ethic and positive mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an array of excellent men's grooming services, including haircuts, shaves, and styling.
- Handle phone duties and proficiently schedule appointments.
- Contribute to daily cleaning and maintenance for a pristine shop atmosphere.
- Provide smooth check-in/out experiences for clients.
