Santé Personal training & Wellness is a BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART 5300 SQFT private, by appointment only facility providing wellness and personal training services. We are looking for personal trainers who work independently to create customized programs centered on each client’s goals. As an Independent Contractor & sublessee, you will set your own rates, develop your clientele and control your own schedule - All in our safe, clean, and high end studio! - Competitive gym rental rate of $250-325 per week with 24/7 access in a prime location
- All utilities including WiFi is included. We provide lockers, showers and towels for your clients.
- Our studio is equipped with brand new equipment from Rogue, UMAX, Hoist, Torque, Assault and TRX
- 2 bathrooms and shower on site.
Payment for rental space is collected on a monthly basis.
