Acru Health Bankers Hill is seeking a Patient Care & Front Office Assistant (Patient-Tech Coordinator) to join our family-oriented, high-energy team.
We’re a purpose-driven chiropractic office helping people live healthier, more vibrant lives—naturally. We’re looking for a dependable, upbeat, and caring individual who enjoys both hands-on patient care and front desk coordination while being part of a team that genuinely loves what they do.
About the Role
This is a full-time, long-term position (approx. 35 hrs/week).
Full days: Mondays & Thursdays
Shorter days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays
No weekends required!
You’ll play a vital role in the patient experience—helping with daily office operations and supporting patients throughout their care journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist doctors during patient consultations and examinations
Perform hands-on diagnostic scanning and intake assessments (training provided)
Help prepare patients for care and ensure comfort throughout their visit
Manage scheduling, phone communication, and patient check-ins
Keep exam areas organized and ready for patient flow

What We’re Looking For:
A passion for holistic health, healing, and people
Background or interest in anatomy, kinesiology, chiropractic, or wellness (not required but a plus)
Proficiency on Instagram and comfort using tech and communication tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Friendly, professional communicator who thrives in a team setting
Eager to learn and grow — no prior medical background required (we provide all training)
