Monthly rent is $550 a month. July will be complimentary with signed lease and $500 deposit. Monthly rent includes 24/7 access to the salon and your suite, wifi, a waiting lobby with water and tea station as well as monthly professional cleanings to the salon. These suites work great for lash artists, facialists, manicurists, etc. Unfortunately they do not work for PMU, body contouring or hair stylists. Must be stateboard licensed and offer stateboard approved services. Please call or text (619)756-8700 with any questions or to set up a meet and greet.
