Job Title: Prenatal and Fertility Yoga Instructor ($40-$50 per hour)

About Our Studio:
Aphrodite Fertility Acupuncture offers fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care greater San Diego, CA area.
We are a part of a large, beautifully feminine wellness center located in Bankers Hill.
We are focused on providing a welcoming, nurturing environment focused around the needs of women during all stages of motherhood.
We have a special focus on fertility, prenatal and postpartum care with an integrative staff.
We work closely with the other healthcare providers within Aphrodite Studio to offer a "one stop shop" for support and wellness for our families.
Job Description:
Conduct prenatal and fertility yoga classes, catering to the specific needs of pregnant women and those seeking to enhance fertility.
Develop yoga sequences that are safe, effective, and supportive of women in various stages of pregnancy or fertility.
Collaborate with health professionals as needed to offer holistic support.
Responsibilities:
Plan and instruct yoga classes with a focus on safety, comfort, and the specific needs of pregnant and trying-to-conceive women.
Modify poses and sequences to accommodate individual needs and limitations.
Stay informed about the latest research and developments in prenatal and fertility wellness.
Build a supportive, nurturing environment for all participants.
Engage with the community to understand their needs and feedback.
Responsible for the maintenance of the yoga mats and additional equipment used, ensuring mats are cleaned after each class.
Adjusts the temperature of yoga room when necessary and appropriate.
Qualifications:
Certification in yoga instruction, with additional training or certification in prenatal yoga.
Experience teaching yoga, preferably with a focus on women’s health.
Knowledge / Interest of pregnancy and fertility-related health concerns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
