This is a full-time position with the best golf technology company in the industry, Foresight Sports.

This position will require experience in the golf industry and/or someone who can offer an understanding of the physics of golf.
Starting hours will be 8am-5pm during training period, Monday through Friday, with eventual transition to 9am-6pm shift. Pay will start at $21.50 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience - 40 hours a week. Includes A Competitive Benefits Package.
Customer Support Agent:
● Requires previous IT computer experience or golf experience to apply.
Initial Responders:
- Phones
- Chat
- Online Tickets
Customer Data Collection:
- Confirm All Customer Contact Information
- Confirm All Customer Owned Hardware / Software Information
- Request Device / Software Logs for Team Review
- Utilize Provided Platforms: Help Desk Articles, Support Guides, Independent Online Resources - to direct customers to resolution.
Confirming & Explaining With Customer To Assure Basic Setup Is Achieved
- Includes Hardware (Physically) and Software (Digitally)
- Provide Basic Technical Troubleshooting Skills/Understanding
- Review & Investigate Customer Reports To Qualify If There Is An Issue, Utilizing Basic Troubleshooting Skills/Understanding To Attempt To Resolve.
- Escalate To Product Operation Specialist Team Member If Unable To Resolve.
- Up-sell & Process Upgrade Orders
- Confirm & Communicate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) When Customers Device Requires Return For Repairs.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
- Ability To Quickly Assess Client Requests & Identify Solutions (Self Starter/Self Motivated).
- Strong Customer-Focused Orientation.
- Attention To Detail.
Additional knowledge (Preferred):
- Strong Working Knowledge Of MS Windows 7/10/11 Operating Systems & Newer.
- Previous Computer Or Customer Support Experience.
- Computer Networking Experience Is A Plus!
- Golf Knowledge Is A Plus!
- College Level Education Or Similar In Field Experience
- Working Knowledge Of Android, iOS, Database Usage & Audio Visual Setup.
