This role supports our mission to optimize medication therapy services through data-driven solutions and automation. You will work alongside experienced pharmacists and engineers, contributing to meaningful healthcare projects that improve patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain secure data pipelines and applications supporting medication therapy servicesCollaborate with pharmacists to design tools that assist with patient interactions and treatment optimizationAnalyze historical healthcare data to improve prediction models and identify key indicatorsWork in a hybrid Linux/Windows environment to support application deployment and maintenanceDesign and implement secure infrastructure for healthcare applicationsCommunicate data insights clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholdersPrioritize and manage data engineering tasks across multiple projectsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science & Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of Data Analytics experienceStrong programming proficiency in Python and PandasProficiency with SQL and database technologiesSolid understanding of Linux and hybrid Linux/Windows environmentsExperience with statistical analysis and machine learningAbility to perform complex data transformationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of secure programming practices and computing protocolsFormal education or certifications in computer securityFamiliarity with AWS Cloud ServicesBackground in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or patient data environments a plusAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
