Role Description:
This is a part-time on-site role Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for an Information Technology Support Specialist The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support for desktop computers and information technology systems. You will be the "GO TO" person for all things tech-related.
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Help Desk Support proficiency
Strong Customer Service skills both internal and external
Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology
Proficient in both MacOS and Windows environments
Strong understanding of fundamental security principles
Understanding of cloud technologies, VOIP systems, and advanced network management
Experience with Freshservice or similar helpdesk software
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Positive attitude!
