Bixpy is seeking a confident and engaging on-camera host/influencer/media creator to demonstrate our products in installation guides, tips, and promotional videos, including on and off water content. If you’re great at explaining things, comfortable in front of a camera, love tinkering and have experience using simple tools, this role is for you!
This position does not require office hours, but does require local and frequent visits to our location (in Miramar, San Diego and various local waters) for content shoots and access to product(s).
What You’ll Do:
Be the face of Bixpy's video social media content, guiding viewers through product installations and features.
Clearly explain how Bixpy products work in a natural and engaging manner.
Work alongside our production team—no need to film or edit, just show up and perform!
What We’re Looking For:
Comfortable on camera with a friendly and professional presence.
Basic tool-handling skills—must be able to install products cleanly for demonstrations.
Strong communication skills—clear, engaging, and easy to understand.
Reliable and coachable—able to take direction and adapt as needed.
Clean presentation—well-groomed (clean hands, haircut, shaved or clean beard) for a professional on-camera appearance.
car, valid driver's license and ability to get to locations easily
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have):
Experience in hosting, acting, or presenting.
Passion for fishing, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, or outdoor gear.
Background in DIY, mechanical work, or hands-on projects.
Basic understanding of video and photography
