About the Role
This job is a mix of sales and project management. You will build relationships with general contractors, help estimate jobs, and make sure the projects you sell run smoothly. You will work out of our San Diego office and spend time in the field meeting clients and walking job sites.
You will report to the VP of Sales. Pay includes a base salary, commission, and bonus ($70k - $150k).
What You Will Do
Business Development
- Build and grow relationships with general contractors and end users
- Attend industry events and stay active in the local construction community
Pre-Construction and Planning
- Visit job sites, take measurements, and understand project scope
- Put together estimates for labor, materials, and prep work
- Help create competitive bids and recommend the right systems when needed
Project Management
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Coordinate schedules, installers, materials, and suppliers
- Walk job sites and solve problems as they come up
- Handle job costing, billing, and change orders
- Spot issues early and work with the team to fix them
What We Are Looking For

- Be smart, organized, hungry to learn, and good with people

- Able to manage multiple things at once
