Job Responsibilities:
As an Asphalt Foreman, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:
Raking: Demonstrating proficiency in asphalt raking to ensure a seamless and level surface.
Shoveling: Effectively relocating grindings and hot asphalt to designated areas.
Rolling: Operating equipment proficiently to compact materials as per requirements.
Grinding: Skillfully utilizing grinding equipment for resurfacing tasks.
Tacking: Assisting in the application of emulsion.
Skid Steer Operation: Overseeing the operation of skid steer equipment for various tasks, including sweeping, as needed.
Managing teams responsibilities
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Paving or a related field.
Proficiency in the aforementioned skills.
Strong teamwork abilities and adherence to safety protocols.
Exceptional work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to quality.
Any relevant certifications or licenses are advantageous (though not mandatory).
Previous Foreman experience
Compensation:
Negotiable compensation commensurate with experience and expertise, inclusive of healthcare benefits and sick pay.
